Virtual Class: Navigating Perinatal Care & Prepping for Postpartum

The early days of parenthood can feel like navigating unfamiliar waters. We’re here to give you a compass. This empowerment-focused session teaches you how to make informed decisions under pressure and stay calm when chartering the early days, weeks and months of postpartum. You will leave equipped with the emotional resilience and concrete strategies necessary to transform the postpartum period from a time of mere survival into a supported, intentional season of healing and bonding.

This session is led by two local experts, Dr. Jaclyn Nunziato and Chantel Spinner. Dr. Nunziato is a Board Certifified Obstetrician-Gynecologist and Executive Director and Co-Founder of Huddle Up Moms. Chantel is a certified Doula and Owner & Founder of The Melanin-Fluent Doula.
